Infant Program: 3 months to 1 year old

Full time:     M-F $350 per week/ max 10hrs per day

Part time:     M-F $275 per week/max 10hrs per day

PT-options

• Mon-Fri (5 days a week, 5hrs per day)
• 3-Days a week (8hrs 20m, consistent days)

Infant Rates: 1 year to 2nd birthday

Full time:     M-F $300 per week/ max 10hrs per day

Part time:     M-F $225 per week/ max 5hrs per day

Immunizations: (The blue card and shot record)

To enter day care children must have received immunizations required by California law. Parents must submit their child’s immunization record as proof. The director or qualified staff member will copy the dates of each vaccine onto the California School Immunization Record (Blue Card, CDPH-286) to determine immunizations are up to date.

Parents provide:

Breast milk, powered formula, cereal, baby food, snacks, and bottled water if preferred.
Only breast milk can come frozen or in breast milk bags. Do not date or tag breast bags. It will be tagged by the staff member receiving the breast milk. All other milk formulas will be made once the baby arrives or at feeding times.

Once children turn 1 years old they will be enrolled in the CocoKids nutrition program.
